This had to be the best burger ever. Highway 1 is closed to the north for at least a month, and today there was a small landslide to the south, so basically unless you were staying in Big Sur you couldn't visit this restaurant.

The video just shows what a place this is - we had it to ourselves, the most awesome view ever looking south down the Pacific Coast - great food - they even had English malt vinegar and Dijon mustard.
All that after a beautiful hike to a waterfall in Pfeiffer Park which after the recent rain was pretty spectacular.
Hilda even gave me half her burger - yay!
